摘 要:以硅溶胶和甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)为前驱体,乙酸为催化剂,添加Al2O3纳米粒子,经水解-缩聚合成硅铝复合树脂,再加热固化成膜得到硅铝复合涂层,研究了所得涂层的结构与性能。硅铝复合涂层为Si—O交替形成的四元环体型结构。m(Al2O3)/m(MTES)为0.010时制备的硅铝复合涂层的力学性能最佳,铅笔硬度为8 H,附着力为0级,透光率达92.5%,硅铝复合涂层中Si—CH3的起始分解温度为500℃,耐热性能明显提高。Silica-alumina composite resin was synthesized via hydrolysis-polycondensation reaction with taking silicon sols and methyl triethoxysilane (MTES) as precursor, acetic acid as catalyst and alumina nanoparticles as additive. A coating was formed by heating and curing the silica-alumina composite and the coating's structure and properties were studied. The base backbone of the composite coating assumed a spatial structure composed of four-membered ring of Si-O alternating network. The silica-alumina composite coating had optimum mechanical properties when the mass ratio of Al2O3 to MTES was 0.010. The coating so prepared had pencil hardness of 8 H, adhesion of 0 level and transmittance up to 92.5%. The initial decomposition temperature of Si-CH3 of the silica-alumina composite coating was 500 %, showing that the thermal stability of the coating improved significantly.
