摘  要:合成了配合物氯化2-乙酰基-1,10-菲咯啉缩4-甲基-2,6-二乙基苯胺合铁(Ⅱ),以甲苯为溶剂,甲基铝氧烷(MAO)为助催化剂,催化乙烯齐聚制备线型α-烯烃。研究了反应温度、n(Al)/n(Fe)和反应压力等对催化剂活性和齐聚产物分布的影响,在n(Al)/n(Fe)为1 000,温度为60℃,压力4.0 MPa下,催化剂活性达1.0×107 g/(mol.h)。2-acetyl-1,10-phenanthroline (4-methyl-2,6-diethylanil) FeC12 complex was synthesized and then, was used as main catalyst, together with coeatalyst of methylaluminoxane, to synthesize linear α-olefins via ethylene oligomerization in toluene. The effects of reaction temperature, ethylene pressure and molar ratio of Al to Fe on catalytic activity as well as carbon number distribution of the oligomers were studied. When keeping the molar ratio of Al to Fe at 1 000, reaction temperature at 60 ℃ and reaction pressure at 4.0 MPa, the catalytic activity reached 1.0×10^7 g/(mol·h).
