摘  要:以苯酚、甲醛、环氧氯丙烷为原料,乙二酸为催化剂,合成了双酚F及其环氧树脂,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对产物进行了表征。研究了低黏度高环氧值液态双酚F型环氧树脂的合成工艺及性能。环氧氯丙烷与双酚F摩尔比为10.0∶1.0,催化剂四丁基溴化铵与双酚F的摩尔比为2.0∶100.0,反应温度70℃,醚化时间5 h,闭环时间2 h,酚羟基与NaOH的摩尔比为1.1∶1.0时,得到的双酚F型环氧树脂的环氧值为0.65~0.68 mol/100 g,黏度为1.3 Pa.s。研究表明,含多酚的双酚F合成的环氧树脂对材料的冲击强度影响较大。Bisphenol F and its epoxy resin were synthesized from phenol, formaldehyde and epichlorohydrin with oxalic acid as catalyst. The resultant products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR). The synthesis technology and properties of the liquid bisphenol F epoxy resin with low viscosity and high epoxide number were studied. The epoxy resin had epoxide number of 0.65- 0.68 mol/100 g and viscosity of 1.3 Pa's when it was prepared under the conditions of setting the molar ratios of epoxy chloropropane to bisphenol F at 10.0 : 1.0, catalyst tetrabutyl ammonium bromide to bisphenol F at 2.0 : 100.0, hydrogen of phenolic group to NaOH at 1.1 : 1.0, the reaction temperature at 70 ℃ and the etherification time of 5 h and closed-loop time of 2 h. The study shows that epoxy resin synthesized fiom hisphenol F containing polyphenol has a great influence on the impact strength of the material.
