摘  要:师职干部门诊就医"一卡通",是方便师职干部门诊就医,提高医疗服务质量与水平的重要举措,是军委和总部深化军队医疗保障制度改革,将优质医疗资源惠及全军官兵的重要步骤。第二军医大学长海医院在师职干部门诊就医"一卡通"试点工作中,着眼全局战略摆位,紧贴需求创新举措,发挥优势彰显特色,注重反馈跟踪问效,试点工作取得圆满成功。"All- in- one- card" is convenient to outpatient service ofdivision -level cadre, and also an important measures to improve health care quality and service level. It is also an important step to deepen medical support system reform in military hospitals and make high quality medical resources benefit to all officers. Changhai hospital of second military medical university hospital launched a pilot. The hospital had overall situation strategies in mind, met the demand to innovate measures, played advantage features, and paid attention to feedback track- ing. The pilot work achieved a complete success.
