摘　　要：本文结合医院医疗保障工作的特点,针对外训部队驻训期间后方医院医疗保障难点点:人数较多,兵种复杂;地处戈壁荒漠,环境恶劣;疾病发生集中,病种多样;后续治疗困难,随诊不便等难点问题。提出相应的保障对策,通过采取"院内医疗保障-院外医疗巡诊-应急医疗救治"三维一体的服务保障模式,确保有效履行医院职责、维护官兵健康、提高部队战斗力。In view of the hospitals actual situation, the author put forward the main difficulties of medical support during training outside. These points included large numbers, multiple arms of the services, located in the Gobi desert, poor environment, disease focus on the disease varied, difficult follow - up treatment, etc. The author also proposed countermeasures, which was taking the three - dimensional to one hospital medical support mode, to ensure the effective discharge of hospital duties, to maintain the health of soldiers and improve the combat effective- ness of the army.
