摘 要:临床路径管理模式是新医改的重要内容,通过规范医院服务水平,改善医患关系,调整医院经营策略促进医院市场竞争力的提升;临床路径的实施能够比较好地规范医疗行为,缩短平均住院日,降低医疗费用,并能保证医疗质量,提高患者满意度。临床路径管理模式将为医院发展带来新的机遇。手术科室作为医院的一个重要组成部分,既能反映医院的医疗、护理、医技能力,又能全面体现医院的经营管理水平。本文将介绍该模式的概念及发展过程,并对其在军队大型综合医院手术科室的实施进行SWOT分析。Clinical pathway management mode is an important part of new health care reform. Through reg- ulation of hospital services, improvement of the doctor - patient relationship, adjustment of hospital management strategies, the hospital market competitiveness can be enhanced. Results showed that the implementation of clinical pathway can regulate the medical behavior, shorten the average hospital stay, reduce the medical expenses, ensure the medical quality, and improve the patient satisfaction. The clinical pathway management mode will bring new opportunities to the hospital development. The operating department as the important part of the hospital, it reflects the hospital medical service, nursing, the medical technique strength, moreover can also comprehensively reflects the level of the hospital management. The article describes the concept and history of clinical pathway, uses SWOT analysis to the military large comprehensive hospital.
