摘　　要：目的以现代生物-心理-社会医学模式和医学整体论为理论基础,多角度、多方位对患者进行整体医疗评估,从而提高医疗质量,提高患者对医疗服务质量的满意度,减少医疗纠纷。方法采用专业评估系统对住院患者在躯体疾病、心理状况、社会支持、营养状况、疾病认知等方面进行量化评估。结果有一定比例的患者除躯体疾病外,存在心理、社会支持、营养、疾病认知方面的问题,需要采取对应措施进行干预。结论对患者进行生理、心理、社会、营养等进行多元化量化评估,并采取个体化的干预措施,能有效地提高医疗质量,提高患者对医疗服务质量的满意度,减少医疗纠纷。Objective Based on Bio- psycho -social medical mode and medical integrated theory, inpa- tients＇ assessment of holistic medicine was made from multi - angle and multi - position to enhance medical quality, raise the patient＇s satisfactory of medical service quality, and reduce disputes. Methods Adopting specialized esti- mate system, inpatients＇ somatopathy, mental state, social support, nutriment state, disease cognition and so on were quantized estimated. Results Certain proportion＇s inpatients existed problem in state of mental and social support and state of nutriment and disease respect except somatopathy. They required being interposed taking corre- sponding measure. Conclusion It is suggested that quantized estimation on inpatients＇somatopathy, mental state, social support, nutriment state, disease cognition and so on and take individuality intervene measure can enhance medical quality, raise the patient＇s satisfactory of medical service quality, and reduce medical disputes.
