摘　　要：转化医学离不开临床医师。临床医师发掘转化的源头,主导转化的进程,催生转化的成果,促成转化目标的实现。没有临床医师,就没有转化医学。Transformation medicine can hardly do without the clinical doctors. Clinical doctors discovered the source of the transformation, and dominated the process of transformation, gave birth to the transformation of the achievements, contributed to the realization of the target of the transformation. No clinical doctors, no transformation medicine.
