摘　　要：本文从优化为兵服务内涵、加强人才梯队建设、开拓科技创新、深化质量效益和塑造医院文化五个方面,介绍加强医院内涵建设的做法和经验,为医院内涵建设发展提供参考和借鉴。The study introduced the method and experience on reinforcing hospital connotation construction from giving service to soldier, talented person＇s echelon formation, science and technology innovation, quality and efficiency, and hospital culture, which provides references and draw lessons for hospital connotation construction and development.
