摘　　要：科技创新是推动军队医院健康发展、提高综合保障力的有力支撑,对于推动管理创新、制度创新、技术升级,以及科技创新体系建设,有着举足轻重的作用。以任务为牵引、多学科联合攻关、创建研究型医院,是军队医院有效履行使命任务的重要保证。Science and technology innovation is the powerful support for the healthy development and com- prehensive support capabilities of military hospital. It does also play very important role in promoting the construc- tion of management innovation, system innovation, technology updating, and science and technology innovation sys- tem. Military hospital should carries out effectively its military tasks by multi -discipline combination and the es- tablishment of research - oriented hospital.
