摘　　要：本文立足于新形势下军队医院工作特点,对医院科研管理的影响因素进行分析,为军队医院提高科研管理水平提供借鉴经验。Based on the work characteristics of military hospital in new period, the influence factors were analyzed of scientific research management for hospital, which will provide reference for other military hospital.
