摘　　要：目的建立特勤疗养质量评价指标体系,为科学评价特勤疗养质量提供依据。方法采用文献研究、实地调研对特勤质量评价指标体系进行草案拟定,运用德尔菲法进行专家咨询,采用综合指数法筛选指标,用层次分析法和比例分配法确定指标权重。结果确立特勤疗养质量评价指标体系为2级,共设4项一级指标和60项二级指标。特勤疗养质量评价指标体系的构建为全军特勤疗养质量评价提供科学依据,对军队疗养院持续改进特勤疗养质量,规范特勤疗养服务行为,提升特勤疗养保障水平具有指导作用。Objective To construct an index system for quality evaluation of the special service convales- cent treatment in military sanatoriums and underlie its scientific evaluation. Methods Literature method and field research were used to draft the quality evaluation index system of the special service convalescent treatment. Delphi Method for expert consultation, Comprehensive Index Method for index filtration, and Analytic Hierarchy Process and Proportion Method to determine the weighted indexes were also applied. Results The quality evaluation index system of the special service convalescent treatment consists of two grades, including four main indicators and 60 sub indicators. The construction of index system has a directive function in sustained improving the quality, service behavior and support level of special service convalescent treatment.
