摘　　要：研究生是高素质群体。随着招生规模的不断扩大,社会竞争的日益激烈,高校研究生在学业、生活、择业、婚恋等方面的压力越来越大,出现一系列的心理冲突并引发各种各样的心理问题,需要引起高度重视。本文分析心理问题及影响因素,并提出相应的对策。Graduate students are comparatively a high - quality group of students. As the enrolling scale increases, and the social competition becomes more fierce, the pressure for the graduate students are stronger on the aspects such as study, life, job -hunting, love and marriage. Great attention should be paid on the psychologi- cal conflict and different kinds of psychological problems which emerge continuously. The study, on the basis of a- nalysis on the psychological problems and its influential elements for the graduate students, proposed the corre- sponding strategies.
