摘  要:通过氯化原位接枝法制备了PVC/含氟丙烯酸酯接枝共聚物(以下简称改性PVC树脂),考察了含氟丙烯酸酯的种类和用量对改性PVC树脂性能的影响,以及改性PVC干混料加工性能的变化。结果表明:①在考察的4种含氟单体(丙烯酸三氟乙酯、丙烯酸六氟丁酯、丙烯酸八氟戊酯、丙烯酸十二氟庚酯)中,采用丙烯酸六氟丁酯生产的改性PVC树脂综合性能最好;②当m(丙烯酸六氟丁酯)∶m(PVC)=5∶95时,改性PVC树脂的综合性能较好;③改性PVC树脂的加工性能得到改善。PVC/fluorine-containing acrylic cstcr copolymcrs (hcrcinaftcr rcfcrred to as modified PVC rcsins) wcrc prepared by in-situ chlorinating graft method. Influences of varieties and dosages of fluorine-con- taining acrylic esters on properties of modified PVC resins were investigated ,is well as the changes of processing properties of thc modificd PVC dry blends. The results show that: (1) among the four investigated fluorine- containing monomers (i. c. trifluorocthyl acrylatc, hexafluorobutyl acrylate, octafluoropcntyl acrylate and dodccafluoroheptyl acrylate), PVC re-sins modified by hexafluorobutyl acrylate have the best comprehensive properties; (2) better comprehensive propertics can be obtaincd when the mass ratio of hexafluorobutyl acrylate to PVC is 5 : 95; (3) the processing properties of modified PVC resins are improved.
