优思明用于人工流产术后妇女400例临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析人工流产术后即时服用短效口服避孕药优思明的临床治疗效果。方法将行人工流产术后妇女800例按术后是否接受服用优思明治疗分为两组,服用优思明治疗者为观察组400例,连服三个周期;未服用者为对照组400例,两组均于术后口服同剂量同种类抗炎及活血化瘀药物治疗。观察两组术后阴道出血量(与自身月经量比较)及出血时间;比较三周后彩超复查的子宫内膜厚度、宫内残留情况及三月内宫颈管粘连发生率。结果观察组阴道出血量少,出血时间短,阴道分泌物少等效果优于对照组(P<0.05);两组子宫内膜厚度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫内残留及宫颈管粘连发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组妇女无明显体重增加,药物不良反应轻。结论除优思明公认的避孕效果外,本研究从不同角度说明优思明应用于人工流产术后妇女对促进身体健康恢复,减少人流术后并发症是安全、有效的首选药物。Objective： To assess the clinical value of using oral contraceptive pills Drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets in a short - term effect after abortion. Methods ： 800 women patients who had induced abortion were divided into 2 groups ac- cording to whether Drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tabletsor was taken or not. In one group, 400 patients taking Drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tabletsfor were observed in three successive medical cycles. The control group was 400 women patient with- out Drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tabletsas. Both groups received the same kind of anti - inflammatory and medicines of ＂Ac- tivating Blood and Resolving Stasis＂ in tile same dose. Their postoperative vaginal blood loss （ compared with their own men- strual quantity） and bleeding time were observed respectively, and the endometrial thickness, womb residue and cervical tube adhesion incidence were compared after three weeks. Results： The treatment group had less vaginal blood loss, shorter bleeding time and less vaginal secretions than th control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Difference of endometrial thickness in two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; Treatment group had less vaginal secretion and incidence of cervical tube adhesion （P 〈 0.05） ; The observation group women had no significant weight gain, and little adverse drug reaction. Conclusion： In addition to significant contraceptive effect, Drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets is a good choice for promoting body recovery and reducing operation complications after induced abortion.
