不同时辰艾灸抗大鼠幽门结扎性溃疡的作用观察

摘　　要：本文报道以大鼠幽门结扎性溃疡为指标,将33只健康大鼠随机分为对照、卯时施灸和戌时施灸三组。后两组分别于卯、戌时艾灸“足三里”、“胃俞”穴,隔日1次,共3次,观察不同时辰艾灸对大鼠结扎性溃疡的拮抗作用。结果表明,艾灸有抗溃疡作用,卯时组作用显著(p<0.05),不同时辰之灸效有一定差异。This article reported that the pyloric ligated ulcer in big mice was served as a target of the study, and 33 healthy mice were random divided into control group, the fourth period (the fourth of the 12 Earthly Branches, 5:00-7:00am. ) group and the eleventh period (7:00-9:00 pm. ) group. Moxibustion was given to the latter two groups on the points of Zusanli (St. 36) , Weishu (U. B. 23), during the fourth period and the eleventh period, treatment being given every other day, tother day, total 3 treatments. The action of the moxibustion on pyloric ligated ulcer in big mice during different Earthly Branches was observed. These results showed that moxibustion had the resistant action on the ulcer and the fourth period group had marked difference (p<0.05).
