乳腺肿块切除术后手术野的超声随访价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声随访肿块切除术后手术野的价值。方法超声随访256例肿块切除患者术后不同时期手术野声像,结合临床观察及穿刺或手术病理相比较分析。结果超声提示恶性病变4例,病理证实残留2例、误诊2例(脂肪坏死及肉芽肿各1例);单纯疤痕168例,经病理证实32例;良性并发症84例,经病理证实14例。其余病例未做病理,经临床观察无恶性进展趋势。结论超声在肿块切除术后患者随访中至关重要,能有效鉴别手术野各种声像。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound in following-up for post mammary gland lumpectomy cases.Methods 256 cases suffered from lumpectomy were following-up by ultrasound,and compared the ultrasonic diagnosis with the pathologic diagnosis or clinical data.Results 4 malignant disease were found by ultrasound,2 of which were identified by pathologic diagnosis and the other 2were misdiagnosis（1 granuloma and 1 fat necrosis）.32 of 168 simple scar cases and 14 of 84 optimum complication cases were identified by pathologic diagnosis.The others without malignant tendency by clinical observation hadn＇t done pathologic diagnosis.Conclusion Ultrasound is a important tool in following-up operating field post mammary gland lumpectomy for it can differentiate various kinds image.
