老年患者髋关节置换手术的麻醉护理配合体会

摘　　要：目的探讨老年髋关节置换手术中的有效手术室护理配合内容,分析其中麻醉护理配合的要点。方法对2009年10月～2011年10月收治的48例老年人工髋关节手术患者的手术室护理内容进行回顾性分析,总结其中的护理要点,并分析老年患者麻醉护理配合的关键。结果 48例患者手术均成功,患者手术期间无明显的不良反应,其能够在手术中较好地配合医护人员。其中25例患者疗效优秀,19例患者疗效良好,3例患者疗效尚可,1例较差。结论老年髋关节置换手术患者由于其机体功能较差,患者耐受性欠佳,合并症较多,因此需要护士不断提高手术室护理质量,尤其注意麻醉护理配合,避免麻醉产生的不良反应。Objective To explore the elderly hip replacement operation in operation room nursing content effectively, analysis of the anesthesia nursing points. Methods In our hospital from October 2009 to October 2011 treated 48 cases of elderly patients with artificial hip joint operation in the operation room nursing content were retrospectively analyzedsummarized the nursing pointsand the analysis of elderly patients in anesthesia care with key. Results Forty-eight cases were treated with operation were successfulpatients during operation without obvious adverse reactionwhich can better match operation of medical staff. Among the 25 patientsl9 cases curative effect goodgood curative effect3 patients had a fairpoor in 1 cases. Conclusion Elderly patients with hip replacement operation due to its body function is poor poor patient tolerancecomorbidity is moretherefore requires nurses to improve nursing quality of operation roomwith particular attention to anesthesia care withavoid the adverse reaction of anesthesia.
