摘 要:通过对比原材料在不同温度时的黏度变化,探讨了各原材料对温度的敏感性;然后分别采用3种固化剂系统研究了4种活性稀释剂-EP(环氧树脂)体系的热学性能、力学性能和变形性能。结果表明:温度对低黏度原材料初始黏度的影响远小于对高黏度原材料的影响;EP体系中引入单环氧基的活性稀释剂(AGE、BGE)或双环氧基的活性稀释剂(632)后,其活性稀释剂-EP体系的反应热降低,树脂适用期延长;三环氧基活性稀释剂(636)有利于加快EP体系的固化反应,这对快固型EP配方的设计具有重要意义;不同活性稀释剂-EP体系的密度大小趋势与力学强度趋势基本一致。The temperature sensibilities of various raw materials were discussed by comparing their viscosity changes under different temperatures.Then the thermal property,mechanical property and deformation behavior of four reactive diluent-EP(epoxy resin) systems were systematically investigated by three curing agents respectively.The results showed that the influences of temperature on raw materials with low viscosity were far less than those with high viscosity.The reaction heats of corresponding reactive diluent-EP systems were decreased,and the available times of resins were extended when the reactive diluent with single-epoxy group(AGE,BGE) or the reactive diluent with two-epoxy groups(632) were introduced into EP systems.The reactive diluent with three epoxy-groups(636) was propitious to expediting curing reaction of EP system,it has important significance for formula design of fast curing-EP.The density and mechanical strength trends of different reactive diluent-EP systems were similar.
