摘 要:【目的】了解不同来源春小麦的遗传基础。【方法】对82份春小麦的8个农艺性状和6个品质性状进行测定,并对测定结果进行统计和聚类分析。【结果】农艺性状的多样性指数在0.900~0.814,变异系数在11.21%~30.82%,品质性状的多样性指数在0.709~0.878,变异系数在38.06%~8.53%;农艺性状聚类分析在3.93处,所有材料被分为6个大类群,8个亚类;品质性状聚类分析中,供试品种在遗传距离3.98处可被分为5个大类。【结论】供试小麦品种间存在较广泛的遗传多样性。[ Objective ] The research aimed to understand the genetic basis of 82 spring wheat germplasm resource. [ Method ] This paper determined 8 agronomic characters and 6 quality characters of 82 shares of spring wheat, and made statistical and cluster analysis of test results. [ Result ] Diversity index of agronomic characters was from 0.900 to 0. 814, coefficient of variability was from 11.21% to 30.82%, diversity index of quality characters was from 0. 709 to 0.878, coefficient of variability was from 38.06% to 8.53% ; basing on the cluster analysis of agronomic characters at 3.93, all the provided materials were grouped into 6 main classes and 8 subclasses. They were grouped into 5 main classes basing on the cluster analysis of quality characters at 3.98. [ Conclusion ] The results indicated that there existed more extensive genetic diversity between provided wheat varieties.
