摘 要:研究了柠檬酸用量在溶液燃烧法合成Y2O2S:Eu3+,Mg2+,Ti4+中的影响,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、屏幕亮度计对样品进行了表征.研究结果表明,当柠檬酸与Y3+的物质的量比为1.4时,燃烧反应较缓和,样品为灰白色,X衍射谱线峰型尖锐,扫描照片显示其为形貌规则、边界清晰、分布均匀、厚度为50~80 nm、直径为200~300 nm的纳米片,发光亮度最好.The effects of citric acid dosage on combustion synthesis of Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Mg^2+,Ti^4+ were studied.The phase composition,morphology and the brightness were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),screen luminance meter(SLM).The results showed that the combustion reaction was mild,the sample was grey white,X diffraction spectrum was sharp;SEM micrographs showed that the pattem of the sample was circular nanometer sheets with thickness in range of 50~80 nm and diameter in range of 200~300 nm,the shape was rule,boundary was clear,distribution was uniform,and its luminescence intensity reached maximum when molar ratio r=1.4(n(citric acid)/n(Y^3+)=1.4).
