摘　　要：运用偏离-份额法,较系统探索开封市制造业现状及发展.发现开封市制造业结构对经济增长贡献较大,行业势头发展良好;开封市制造业绝大多数部门的竞争力趋于弱化,开封市制造业的竞争力急需提高.提出了增强开封市制造业竞争力的主要措施:紧抓"中原经济区国家发展战略"机遇,发挥自身优势,大力招商引资,发展高新技术产业,延长产业链条等.It is an important question that structure and competitiveness of manufacturing industry.The paper makes a system analysis of the existing present situation and development of manufacturing industry structure,and then puts forward some points of view.Firstly,the structure of manufacturing industry in Kaifeng City makes better contribution to its economic development,which it is a good situation of most industries′development.Secondly,the competitiveness of most departments of manufacturing industry is tending to weaken now,and its competitiveness is urgent to be improved.At the end,the paper puts forward some countermeasures of enhancing the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Kaifeng City according to the above analysis.We must seize the development opportunity of the national strategy of Central Plains Economic Zone and play the advantage ourselves,and make the capital attraction hardly,and develop high and new technology industry,and make an extension of industry chain,and so on.
