广王不留行醇提物对大鼠慢性膀胱颈梗阻模型平滑肌细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的研究广王不留行醇提物对大鼠慢性膀胱颈梗阻模型逼尿肌中的平滑肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法实验大鼠随机分为空白对照组、造模组、实验组,各15只。参照文献方法制作大鼠膀胱颈梗阻模型。应用TUNEL法检测大鼠逼尿肌平滑肌细胞凋亡情况。结果空白对照组平滑肌凋亡细胞率为15.5%,造模组凋亡细胞率为50.2%,实验组凋亡细胞率为30.4%,各组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广王不留行醇提物可能通过抑制膀胱逼尿肌平滑肌细胞凋亡,从而改善逼尿肌功能。Objective To observe the effect of alcohol extracts of Guang Wangbuliuxing on smooth muscle cells apop- tosis in detrusor muscle of rat model of chronic bladder neck obstruction. Methods Rats were divided into blank group, model group, and experimental group, 15 rats in each group. Rats excepts for the blank group were induced into chronic bladder neck obstruction. The blank group and the experimental group were treated with alcohol extracts of Guang Wangbuliuxing. The smooth muscle cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL. Results The percentage of smooth muscle cells with apoptosis was 15.5 % in blank group, 50.2 % in the model group, and 30.4 % in the ex- perimental group, and the difference was significant between them（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion periments suggested alcohol extracts from Guang Wangbuliuxing can inhibit smooth muscle sor of rat model of chronic bladder neck obstruction, thus to improve the detrusor function. Application to animal ex- cell apoptosis in the detrusor of rat model of chronic bladder neck obstruction, thus to improve the detrusor function.
