摘  要:目的研究和完善狼毒药材的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对狼毒药材中的24-次甲基环木菠萝烷醇和岩大戟内酯B进行了鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对狼毒乙素和岩大戟内酯B进行了含量测定。结果狼毒薄层鉴别专属性强,方法可行;狼毒乙素线性范围为0.013~0.863μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.4%(RSD=1.4%,n=θ);岩大戟内酯B线性范围为0.007~0.496μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.0%(RSD=2.1%,n=θ)。结论此方法准确、可靠,为狼毒药材的质量评价提供了依据。Objective To improve quality standard of Radix Euphorbiae Fischerianae. Methods The identification of 24-methylene cycloartanol and jolkinolide B in Radix Euphorbiae Fischerianae were carried out by TLC. The contents of 2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3 methylacetophenone and jolkinolide B were determinated by RP-HPLC. Results TLC identification of Radix Euphorbiae Fiseherianae was specific.The linear range of 2, 4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy- 3- methylacetophenone was 0.013-0.863 μg(r=0.9999), and the mean recovery was 96.4 %(RSD=1.4 %, n=6). The linear range of jolkinolide B was 0.007-0.496 Ixg(r=0.9999), and the mean recovery was 96.0 %(RSD=2.1%, n= 6). Conclusion This method is simple, effeetiveand precise. It can be used for the quality control of Radix Euphor- biae Fiseherianae.
