摘 要:目的建立分离芦荟苷同分异构体及同时测定不同库拉索芦荟样品中芦荟苷、异芦荟色苷D、芦荟大黄素含量的毛细管区带电泳法(CZE),并对各种影响电泳分离的因素进行了探讨。方法以芦丁为内标,采用未涂层弹性熔融石英毛细管柱(57 cm×75μm,有效长度50 cm),以20 mmol·L-1硼砂+2 mmol·L-1β-环糊精(pH=9.65)为背景电解质溶液,分离电压为18 kV,重力进样5 s(高度15 cm),检测波长365 nm。结果芦荟苷的一对同分异构体能够达到良好的分离,以芦丁为内标,库拉索芦荟样品中的芦荟苷、异芦荟色苷D、芦荟大黄素3种成分在7 min内得到良好的分离测定。结论此方法简便,快速,成本低,可用于芦荟样品的质量控制。Objective A capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE) method was established for the separation of aloin iso- mers and simultaneous determination of aloin, aloe emodin and isoaloeresin D in different samples of Aloe Barbaden- sis Mill, besides, the influential factors of CZE separation were discussed. Methods Rutin was used as the internal standard. The separation was performed on a uncoated fused silica capillary (57 cm × 75 μm, an effective length of 50 cm), 20 mmol·L^-1 of borax and 2 mmol·L^-1 of β-CD buffer solution(pH = 9.65) was selected as the running buffer and the voltage was setting at 18 kV. The samples were injected by gravity(5 s, 15 cm), and the detection wavelength was 365 nm. Results Aloin isomers can be well seperated. Aloin, aloe emodin and isoaloeresin D in dif- ferent samples of Aloe can be well-separated and be determined within 7 min with rutin as internal standard. Conclu- sion This method manifests properties as being simple, quick and economical. It is likely to be a better way for qual- ity control of Aloe Barbadensis Mill.
