小儿锁骨中段骨折治疗方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿锁骨中段骨折的治疗方法。方法:18例小儿锁骨中段骨折行保守治疗和手术治疗,分别作回顾性分析。结果:18例患者均获得随访,随访时间3个月～13个月,平均7个月。骨折愈合时间最短7周,最长13周,平均术后10周,患者均获骨性愈合,肩关节功能恢复满意。结论:小儿锁骨中段骨折无论保守还是手术治疗,只要应用得当有效,都可以应用。Objective：To explore the treatments of children’s clavicular midpiece fracture.Methods：Eighteen children suffered clavicular midpiece fracture received surgical therapy or expectant treatment.Retrospective analyses were performed respectively for the two groups of patients.Results：All patients were followed up for（3~13） months with an average of 7 months.It was from 7 to 13 weeks with a mean tim e of 10 weeks for all cases of fracture to unite,and all cases obtained bone union.The shoulder function recovered to well.Conclusion：The surgical therapy and the expectant treatment were both good for children’s clavicular midpiece fracture when used correctly.
