强直性脊柱炎的130例特点临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨强直性脊柱炎的临床特点与诊治措施。方法:选取本院2006年～2010年门诊和住院的强直性脊柱炎患者130例,给予口服柳氮磺胺吡啶进行治疗,疗程为6个月,观察本组病例的临床疗效。结果:治疗前,本组病例ESR、CRP、晨僵时间、扩胸试验、Schober试验分别为(50±23)和(18±15)、(49±24)、(3.0±1.1)和(4.3±1.7),治疗后分别为(17±7)、(14±7)、(16±11)、(3.3±1.4)和(5.1±2.2),治疗前与治疗后相比,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在强直性脊柱炎患者的临床诊治中,应做到及早确诊,并采取相应的治疗措施,以保障患者的生存质量。Objective：In ankylosing spondylitis：clinical features and treatment measures.Methods：Select the hospital from 2006 to 2010 were in patients with ankylosing spondylitis130 cases,given oral sulfasalazine treatment,treatment for 6 months,this group of cases clinical curative effect observation.Results：Before treatment,the values of ESR,CRP,morning stiffness,Activity of thorax,Spinal mobility,were（50±23）,（18±15）,（49±24）,（3.0±1.1）,（4.3±1.7）,after treatment,the values were（17±7）,（14±7）,（16±11）,（3.3±1.4）,（5.1±2.2）,before and after the treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In patients with ankylosing spondylitis clinical diagnosis and treatment,early diagnosis should do,and take the corresponding treatment measures to ensure the survival of patients with quality
