益气活血轻身汤治疗2型糖尿病脂代谢紊乱临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血轻身汤对2型糖尿病脂代谢紊乱患者中医临床疗效及体重、BMI、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、HbA1c及血脂指标的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,均予糖尿病饮食、运动及西药降血糖治疗,对照组加服辛伐他汀,治疗组加服益气活血轻身汤;两组疗程均为60d。比较两组中医临床疗效及体重、BMI、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、HbA1c及血脂指标的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),其空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、HbA1c及血脂指标改善亦优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:益气活血轻身汤能明显改善2型糖尿病脂代谢紊乱患者中医临床症状及体重、BMI、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、HbA1c及血脂代谢。Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of Yi Qi Huoxue Qingshen decoction to Diabetes with dyslipidemia,and its effect to weight,BMI（Body Mass Index）,FBG（Fasting plasma glucose）,P2HBG（Postprandial 2 hour glucose）,HbA1c and blood fat.Methods：60 patients diagnosed of Diabetes with dyslipidemia were randomly divided into controlgroup and treatmentgroup（30 patients each）.On the basis of conventional therapy in Westernmedicine,including Diabetes Exercise and diet Therapy,Anti-diabetic drugs,use simvastatin on the concrogroup,while the patients in treatmentgroup had the added self-made Yi Qi Huoxue Qingshen decoction-1 devided into 2 times each day for everyone and for 60d.All the patients in two groupswere treated one course of treatment（60d）,and the therapeutic effect before and after treatment and related detection indicator in biochemistrywere compared,as desbribed above.Results：The totaleffective rate in treatmentgroup is higher than that in controlgroup（P0.05）;and FBG,P2HBG,HbA1c and blood fat improve also better than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Yi Qi Huoxue Qingshen decoction can significantly improve the type 2 diabetic lipid metabolism disorders in patients with traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms and weight,BMI,FBG,P2HBG,HbA1c and lipid metabolism..
