摘　　要：目的:探讨三级护理监控网络在压疮护理中的运用效果。方法:采用病例对照研究的方法,建立三级护理监控网络,对压疮实现护理干预,最终比较两组的效果。结果:干预组病人满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组病人新发压疮的比例明显比对照组低(P<0.05);干预组病人好转或者痊愈的率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三级护理监控网络对防止压疮具有较好的效果。Objective：To study the effect of application of tertiary care monitoring network in pressure ulcer care.Methods： The method of case-control study was used in the design,the tertiary care monitoring network was established,and the nursing intervention was implied in intervention group.Then the results in intervention and control were compared.Results： The satisfaction in intervention group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）,the rate of new pressure ulcer in control group was significantly higher than that in intervention group（P〈0.05）,the rate of improvement or cure in intervention group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The application of tertiary care monitoring network was good to prevent and care the pressure ulcer.
