摘　　要：目的:观察妇产科门诊病人常见心理问题,探讨相应的改进措施。方法:随机选择2009年3月至2010年3月300名妇产科门诊病人,对其资料进行回顾性分析,总结常见心理问题,根据结果提出改进方案并于2010年5月开始实行。对改进方案实行前后的患者满意度及治愈率进行比较分析,观察差异是否存在显著性意义。结果:实行改进方案后,妇产科门诊病人的满意度及治愈率均有明显提升,与实行改进方案前相比,差异具有统计学意义。结论:心理护理在临床工作中的重要性和必要性不容忽视,针对具体心理问题,对妇产科门诊病人采取不同的心理护理措施,可增强病人信心,提高治愈率,减少医疗纠纷。Objective：To observe the common psychological problems of gynecology and obstetrics outpatients and discuss the corresponding improving methods.Methods：The psychological problems of gynecology and obstetrics outpatients from Mar.2009 to Mar.2010 were reviewed.And the improving methods have been adopted since May 2010.The satisfaction degrees and response rates were compared to see if statistical difference existed.Results：Compared with that before the adoption of improving methods,the satisfaction degree and response rate were obviously higher.And there was statistical significance.Conclusion：Mental nursing is of great importance and necessity in the clinical work.It strengthens the patients’ confidence in treatments,increases complete response rate and reduce medical disputes.
