摘　　要：目的:探讨应用第二跖趾关节复合组织皮瓣重建拇指关节的临床效果。方法:切取完整第二跖趾关节复合组织皮瓣,重建拇指关节。结果:15例患者再造拇指关节、皮瓣存活良好,再造拇指外形、关节功能恢复良好。结论:应用第二跖趾关节复合组织皮瓣再造拇指外观佳、功能恢复良好,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective： To evaluate graft with the second metatarsophalange the clinical effect of al joint tissue flap. reconstruction of the thumb joint by composite Method： Cut the second metatarsophalangeal joint complex complete tissue flap to reconstruct the thumb joint. Result： Among 15 patients with thumb joint reconstruction, flaps survived well. The thumb was reshaped with satisfying joint function recovery. Conclusion： Application composite graft with the second metatarsophalangeal better appearance of the reconstructed thumb with better functional recovery, s quality of life.
