摘　　要：简要介绍了一种大型精密数控转台的主要结构特点,大型精密数控转台承重高达25t,可以实现连续回转、任意角度定位,分度精度高,可保证调头镗孔的同轴度。在开发过程中突破了精密传动和静压支撑两项关键技术,解决了传统数控转台定位精度和承载能力不高的技术难题。详细分析和论述了开发过程中突破的精密传动和静压支撑两项关键技术,解决了传统数控转台定位精度和承载能力不高的技术难题。The main structure characteristics of a large ＆ precision NC rotary table were introduced, which may undertake 25 tons more weight, rotate continuously and position at any angle with high indexing accuracy,and the coaxiality of turnover boring is safeguarded as well.During the design processes two key technologies of precision transmission and hydrostatic support were analyzed and discussed which can solve the difficult problems of lower positional accuracy and load cooacity for the traditional NC rotary table.
