摘 要:分析了移圈针表面缺陷产生及应用传统抛光方法无法解决的问题,提出了对移圈针局部光整的电化学抛光方法,并用电化学抛光方法分别对移圈针的针钩内侧面和齐肩部位进行局部抛光研究,结果表明:电解抛光对针钩内侧面的细微褶皱去除能力很强,抛光后表面光滑、无褶皱;对细化齐肩部位冲压面粗糙度的能力有限,光泽度较差,但冲压面上的凸起缺陷大部分被抛光去除,整个表面圆滑无尖锐峰。The defects on the transfer needle surface and problems which cannot be solved by the conventional polishing method,were analyzed,and an electropolishing method for local polishing the needle has been introduced.The inner surface of the transfer needle hook and the sheared surface have been polished and studied by the electro-polishing method respectively,which results show that most of the tiny pleats inside the surface hook can be removed by electro-polishing,and the polished surface is smooth without any pleat.However,the effects of electro-polishing on reducing the roughness of the sheared surface were limited with poor gloss.In addition,the most of the jagged defects induced by the punching procedure can be removed during the electro-polishing process with smooth surface,but no sharp peak.
