摘 要:为了提高复杂机械产品装配序列规划的效率,提出了基于子装配的装配序列规划方法。建立了基于有向约束图的装配模型,并给出了基于子装配的装配序列规划系统框架,从而将产品装配序列规划问题转化为子装配的装配序列规划问题;给出了子装配的相关定义,并从稳定性和干涉性两个方面设计了子装配的识别方法;最后,给出了系统算法流程图,并通过电机车轴承箱装配实例验证了该算法的有效性。In order to improve the efficiency of assembly sequence planning for complex product,a subassembly-based approach for assembly sequence planning is proposed.The assembly model based on directed constraint graph is set up and the system framework based on subassembly for assembly sequence planning is presented,thus,the problem of assembly sequence planning is translated into the problem of subassembly sequence planning.Moreover,the definitions for subassembly are provided and the identification method of subassembly is designed according to stability and intrusiveness.Finally,the flowchart is proposed and the algorithm is proved efficient through an example of electric locomotive bearings box.
