摘　　要：导管数控弯曲工艺数据管理系统是导管数字化集成制造的重要组成部分。为实现导管数字化制造过程中的数据共享与传递,建立了基于集成特征的导管零件信息模型、工艺数据库逻辑结构、工艺数据管理系统体系结构和功能模块;针对系统开发和运行环境,论述了工艺数据管理系统的关键技术措施;基于ASP.NET开发环境和Oracle 10g后台数据库,利用C#语言自主设计和开发了导管数控弯曲工艺数据管理系统,实现了导管数字化制造过程中的信息集成。The NC Tube Bending Process Data management System（TBPDS） is an important component of tube bending digital integrated manufacturing.The tube part information model based on an integrated feature,logical models of the process database,the architecture and function modules of TBPDS were established to realize data share and transfer in the tube bending digital manufacturing;the key measures of TBPDS were discussed,for the system operating environment;TBPDS was designed and developed independently based on VC#,the ASP.NET development environment and Oracle 10g back-end database,to achieve the information integration in the process of tube bending digital manufacturing.
