摘　　要：目的介绍幕上幕下联合开瓣的方法,总结横窦骑跨性硬膜外血肿的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院使用该方法治疗的14例患者临床资料。结果 14例患者均取得满意的疗效,术中未出现横窦破裂出血,术后患者未出现再出血。结论幕上幕下联合骨瓣开颅可以很好的清除血肿,不会遗留颅骨缺损,治疗结果满意。Objective To evaluate the effect of combined supratentorial and infratentorial craniotomy on simple epidural hematoma over transverse sinus. Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with simple epidural hematoma over transverse sinus in our department were retrospective analyzed. All these patients were treated by combined supratentorial and infratentorial craniotomy. Results None of these patients developed serious complications, such as transverse sinus rupture and postoperation bleeding. No skull defect and recurrent hemorrhage occurred. All the patients got good recovery. Conclusion Combined supratentorial and infratentorial craniotomy is an effective treatment for simple epidural hematoma over transverse sinus.
