玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察玻璃酸钠每次注射液治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:对76例98膝关节骨关节炎患者关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,每单一膝关节每周1次,每次2ml,5周为1疗程,治疗期间不用其他治疗关节炎的药物,并嘱患者在治疗期间多注意休息,减少活动量。结果:76例患者98膝随访6～12个月,参照AKS膝关节功能评分标准:优58膝,良21膝,可10膝,差9膝,有效率90.8%,优良率80.6%。结论:膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,使关节腔润滑性增加,有效缓解轻、中度骨性膝关节炎患者的疼痛,但对于较严重的患者则效果有限。玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨关节炎对轻、中度膝骨关节炎具有良好的疗效,是一种实用、简便、安全、有效的理想药物。Objective ：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment af osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods：76 patients of 98 knees arthritis received intra-artieular injection of sodium hyaluronate, the every single knee treatment was one time a week（2 ml）, 5 weeks was as a course of treatment, during treatment without other treatment of arthritis drug.Results：The results of 76 patients of 98 knees were followed up for 6 to 12 months with reference to the AKS Knee Society function score standai＇ds：excellent in 58 knees, good in 21 knees, favorable in 10 knees and poor in 9 knees, efficiency rate was 90.8%, excellent and good rate was 80.6%.Conclusion：Knee articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can increased lubrieity, effectively re^ievethepain.Sodiumhya^ur^nateinje^ti^nintreatment^f~ste^arthritis^fthekneehasg^ode^e^t~ itisapraetieal, simple, safe, effeetivetherapy.
