摘　　要：论述了创新能力的含义及培养大学生创新能力、科学素质对建设创新型国家的重要意义,认为提高大学生科学素质是创新人才培养的基础,加强大学生科学素质教育是培养创新能力的重要途径,并提出了大学生科学素质教育的方法。The paper dicusses the definition of creative abilities and the significance of the cultivation of students＇ creative abilities and the education of scientific qualities.The author regards that the seintific qualities are the base of cuhivation of creative talents.And the education of scientific qualities is the important way to cuhivate students＇ creative abilities.Fianally, the approaches on how to train the students＇ sci- entific qualities are put forward.
