摘　　要：目的:探讨卡氏肺囊虫肺炎(PCP)MSCT表现及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析10例经临床及病理证实的PCP的MSCT表现。结果:MSCT表现为磨玻璃型和网隔状、网织结节性各3例,条索状和肺实变影各1例,混合型2例;并胸膜下弓状间隙5例,肺部小气囊性改变4例,空气支气管征象和胸腔积液各2例,空洞、气胸、纵隔淋巴结肿大各1例。结论:MSCT对PCP具有临床诊断价值。Objective： To explore the MSCT characteristics and diagnostic value of pneumocystis carinii pneumonia （PCP）. Methods： CT images of 10 patients with clinically and pathologically confirmed PCP were retrospectively analyzed. Results： MSCT findings of clouded-glass pacification,mesh,trabs,lung consolidation and mixed were 3,3, 1, 1 and 2 cases respectively. MSCT images showed accompanied arched gap under pleura,cystic lesion, air bronchial sign, pleural effusion, cavity, pneumothorax and mediastina lymph nodes enlargement in 5,4,2,2, 1,1 and 1 case respectively. Conclusion： MSCT is valuable for the diagnosis of PCP.
