摘 要:利用CO2为工质实现制冷、供热或低温余热发电的技术已经成为国内外工程热物理领域的研究热点,CO2传热实验台的搭建和可靠运行对于各类跨临界CO2系统及关键部件的设计都具有重要的现实意义。本文设计并搭建了运行压力可达12MPa,质量流量可达5000kg/(m2.s),热功率达30kW的CO2实验台,校正了系统的热平衡,验证了缓冲罐的稳压作用,对实验系统的直接和间接测量参数进行了不确定度分析。系统测试表明:该实验台运行稳定、可靠性高,可广泛用于以CO2为工质的单相、两相及超临界流体传热研究,对其他传热实验台的建设也有一定借鉴意义。Refrigerating,heating and low grade energy utilization using carbon dioxide as the working fluid have turned out to be a promising research area.Experimental setup construction and proper operation are important for the development of trans-critical cycles and heat transfer facilities.In this paper,an experimental setup with the parameters of mass flux up to 5000kg/(m2·s),operating pressure up to 12 MPa,applied heat flux up to 30kW was built up.Then,the heat balance was calibrated,the effect of the self-made pressure stabilizer was verified and the uncertainties of instrumentations for the direct and indirect measurements were analyzed.It was indicated that the operation of this experimental setup is very stable and the captured data have a high accuracy.With this experimental setup,the heat transfer characteristics of single phase,two phase and supercritical carbon dioxide can be widely studied.
