高压喷气+直接蒸发冷却在工业厂房的应用

摘　　要：针对工业厂房(高温车间)通风降温要求及目前存在的问题,提出高压喷气结合直接蒸发冷却技术用于工业厂房(高温车间)通风及降温。介绍高压喷气中的压缩空气通过高压喷嘴膨胀、卷吸及掺混室外空气对其一次降温,同时与蒸发冷却技术降温相结合的原理基础上。定量计算了在一些设定条件下单独采用高压喷气的降温效果。通过以西安地区为例分析,当处理的新风量为50000 m3/h,只需要600 m3/h,压力为0.5MPa的压缩空气就能将室外空气的温度降低6～7℃,在与直接蒸发冷却技术相结合不仅能够达到直接蒸发冷却的理论温度,对空气降低8～9℃。利用焓湿图分析了高压喷气与蒸发冷却结合的降温效果,为工业厂房(高温车间)提供了一种新的通风降温技术。According to the requirement of ventilation and cooling industry building and the existing problem at the present.High pressure jet and direct evaporative technique were put forward and used to ventilation and cooling on industry building（high temperature building）.Compressed air through high pressure nozzle inflation,rock suck and mix cool the outside air,at the same time,it combined with evaporative technique.Quantitatively calculated high pressure jet the effect of cool in some specific conditions.When volume is50000 m3 / h,in 0.5 MPa,600 m3 / h compressed air can lower the temperature of the air outdoor 6 to 7 ℃,at the same time in combination with direct evaporation technology in could cool 8 to 9℃.Analysis the cool temperature of high pressure jet combined with evaporative,and provide a new technique of ventilation and cooling for industry building（high temperature building）.
