摘  要:目的探讨持续性肾脏替代治疗在急性重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法将急诊科2011年2月至2012年2月住院的急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者21例作为试验组,在常规治疗的基础上联合持续性肾脏替代治疗,对2009年10月至2011年1月住院的急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者30例作为对照组,采用常规治疗。比较两组患者的昏迷时间,胆碱酯酶活力恢复时间,中间综合征发生率,平均住院时间,治愈率,患者平均存活时间。结果试验组患者昏迷时间、胆碱酯酶活力恢复时问、平均住院时间与对照组比较明显缩短,中间综合征的发生率降低,治愈率提高,患者平均存活时间延长,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论持续性肾脏替代治疗能明显提高急性重度有机磷中毒的临床疗效。Objective To explore the Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning clinical curative effect. Methods emergency department from 2011 February to 2012 February in acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with 21 as the test group, in addition to conventional treatment combined with CRRT treatment, on 2009 October to 2011 January in acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning 30 patients as control group, the routine treatment. Comparing the two groups of patients with coma time, cholinesterase activity recovery time, in- terme-diate syndrome incidence rate, average hospitalization time, cure rate, the mean survival time of death patients. Results the experimental group compared to the control group coma time, chohnesterase activity recovery time, average hospitalization time was obviously shortened, intermediate syndrome incidence decreased, the cure rate increased, the death of patients could prolong the meansurvival time, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion CRRT can obviously improve severe acute organic phosphorus poisoning clinical curative effect.
