摘 要:国内的大型高炉的高炉煤气一般采用的都是干法除尘,所以,煤气管道内壁腐蚀严重,其中冷凝水中累积的氯离子渗透腐蚀性强,普通的防腐材料起不到根本效果。重防腐蚀材料中适合高炉煤气管道防腐的可选材料的主要有:VEGF材料(VEGF,乙烯基酯树脂玻璃鳞片)、环氧涂料、环氧胶泥、聚脲,对这四种材料通过实验进行耐腐蚀性能比较,确定VEGF材料最为优异。VEGF材料具有耐腐蚀性强、耐温性好、抗渗透能力优异以及施工工艺性好等特点。根据VEGF材料工艺适用性不同,可以考虑不同的防腐结构及施工工艺,从而使VEGF材料可以更好的应用于高炉煤气管道内壁防腐蚀。Most of china's blast furnaces apply Dry Dust for the blast-furnace gas, as a result, it causes serious corrosion in the interior of the gas pipe. Ordinary corrosion-proof materials fail to work, due to the intense corrosiveness of chloridion, which are accumulated in the condensated water in the process. The available materials for intense corrosion prevention of the blast-furnace gas pipe include: vinyl ester resin glass flaked compouns (VEGF) , epoxy resin coating, epoxy resin mortar, Polyurea. And VEGF proves to be the best choice based on an experiment data about their corrosion resistance performance. VEGF is highly resistant to corrosion and penetration, endurable in high-temperature and convenient in construction. According to the applicability of its different forms, VEGF can be applied in various corrosion structure and construction technology .And to achieve its better performance in terms of corrosion resistance in the interior of blast-furnace gas pipeline.
