长株潭区域物流需求预测影响因素分析

摘　　要：从国民经济发展水平、产业结构、物流基础设施规模、区域居民消费水平和对外贸易发展四个方面列举出影响长株潭区域物流需求增长的相关因素,并运用软件,对这些数据进行实证分析,发现人均国内生产总值、公路通车里程、第三方物流外包比例对长株潭区域物流需求量增长起着关键性的作用。The paper enumerates the related factors from four aspects： the national economic development level, industrial structure, logistics infrastructure scale, local residents＇ consumption level and the development of foreign trade, which influence Chang-Zhu-Tan regional logistics demand growth. Using the software for empirical analysis of these data, the paper proposes that per capita gross domestic product, highway mileage, and the third party logistics outsourcing proportion play a key role to the demand increasing.
