单纯性肥胖的针灸饮食运动治疗及护理干预的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观测分析单纯性肥胖的针灸饮食运动治疗及护理干预的临床效果。方法:本组采用中医针灸刺激、行为干预、饮食和运动疗法,综合治疗单纯性肥胖,10d为一疗程,5个疗程后评定疗效。结果:本组62例,临床痊愈36例,占58.06%;显效12例,19.35%;有效11例,占17.74。总有效率95.16%。结论:应用中医针灸刺激脾胃经脉穴位,结合生活行为干预,饮食运动等治疗单纯性肥胖症,效果良好,值得借鉴。Objective： To analyze the effect on treating imple obesity by acupuncture diet,and movements plus nursing intervention.Methods： Our group were given acupuncture stimulation,behavioral intervention,diet and movements,ten days as a course,to evaluate the efficacy after fives course.Results： In our group 36 cases were recovered（58.06%）,markedly in 12 cases（19.35%）,effective in 11 cases（17.74%）,the total rate was 95.16%.Conclusion： The effect of the method of acupuncture,die and movements on treaing simple obesity was better,worth of reference.
