手法结合内服葛芪归芍汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病146例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿手法结合内服葛芪归芍汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病146例的临床疗效。方法:将146例椎动脉型颈椎病随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各73例,治疗组采用手法结合内服葛芪归芍汤治疗,而对照组则采用颈椎牵引和普通电针治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率97.26%,对照组总有效率72.60%。结论:手法结合内服葛芪归芍汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切,值得推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of massage techniques combined with oral administration of the Geqi Guishao on treating 146 cases of cervical vertebral artery disease. Methods： 146 cases of cervical vertebral artery disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , 73 cases in each group , the treatment group were treated with massage techniques combined with oral administration of the Geqi Guishao decoction, while the control group were given cervical traction and the general electro-acupuncture. Results： The total effective rate was 97.26% in the treatment group, and the total effective rate was 72.60% in the control group. Conclusions： The effect of treating cervical vertebral artery disease by massage technique plus the Geqi Guishao decoction is exact, that is worth promoting.
