上海市松江区骨折伤害住院病例流行状况

摘　　要：目的了解上海市松江区骨折伤害住院病例流行状况,为政府制定有效的预防和控制骨折伤害提供理论依据。方法收集2006年1月1日至2010年12月31日到松江区3家伤害监测医院就诊且符合伤害诊断标准的骨折伤害住院病例作为调查对象。结果 5年中骨折伤害住院病例呈逐年增多趋势,共计7538例,占住院伤害病人总数的61.59%,造成直接经济损失为9112.25万元人民币。伤害年龄分布集中于45～64岁的中老年人群,占35.17%。居前3位骨折原因依次为交通事故(49.97%)、跌倒/坠落(43.68%)、无生命力机械性伤害(4.36%)。交通伤害的人均费用和日均费用皆居首位。伤害发生部位以下肢为主(48.74%),其次为上肢(31.99%),四肢损伤占发生总数的80.73%。结论骨折为伤害住院病例的主要临床后果,应纳入松江区疾病控制中重点解决的公共卫生问题。Objective To understand the epidemiological distribution of fracture injury inpatients in Songjiang District, and provide evidence for government to prevent and control fracture injury. Methods The fracture injury inpatients treated in three injury surveillance hospitals were collected in Songjiang District during 2006 -2010. Results In Songjiang District, the number of fracture injury inpatients was increased year by year. A total of 7538 fracture injury cases were analyzed, accounted for 61.59% in all injury inpatients. And injury caused direct economic losses of RMB 91. 1225 million. The largest proportion of fracture cases were aged 45 -64 years （35.17%）. The top three causes in turn were traffic injury （49. 97% ）, falls （43.68%）, and inanimate mechanical forces （4. 36% ）, and costs of traffic injury was the highest in per capita of cost and average daily expenses. The main injury positions of fracture were lower limb （48.74%）, followed by upper limb （31.99%）. Conclusion Fracture is becoming the primary clinical outcome of injury inpatients, and should be paid more attention in disease prevention and control area of songjiang District.
