摘　　要：5-羟色胺3受体(5-HT3R)广泛分布在中枢神经系统和外周神经系统中,现已分离出5-HT3A、5-HT3B、5-HT3C、5-HT3D和5-HT3E5种受体亚型。这些亚型可构成功能性受体,包括同源受体和异源受体,并表现出不同的生理药理特性。5-HT3R与呕吐及肠易激综合征的发病机制联系紧密,并参与精神情绪的调节,对抑郁症的治疗提供了新靶点,其受体拮抗剂得到了广泛的应用。5-hydroxytryptamine type 3 receptor （5-HT3R）is widely distributed in the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system, composed of five subunits, 5-HT3A, 5-HT3B, 5-HT3c, 5 ~HT3D and 5- HT3E ,which can constitute functional receptors,including homopentameric receptors and heteropentameric receptors,with different physiological and pharmacological properties. 5-HT3R is associated with the patho- genesis of vomiting and irritable bowel syndrome. 5-HT3 R is involved in the mental and emotional regulation, and provides a new target for the treatment of depression, and its antagonists are widely used.
