高危型HPV在泌尿生殖系统肿瘤研究中的进展

摘　　要：人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)是一种嗜鳞状上皮细胞的病毒,高危型HPV的基因产物E6、E7具有细胞转化功能;E6通过使p53蛋白大量表达,并与野生型p53结合,使后者丧失修复损伤DNA的功能,导致肿瘤的发生。通过研究高危型HPV与宫颈癌、膀胱癌、阴茎癌、子宫内膜癌等泌尿生殖系统肿瘤的相关性,可以为肿瘤的诊断、治疗、预测提供理论依据。Human papillomavirus（HPV） is a kind of squamous epithelial cells tropic virus. High-risk HPV gene products E6 and E7 have cell transformation function. E6 through causing p53 protein abundant expression and combination with the wild type p53 to make the latter lose function of repairing the damaged DNA, which results in tumors. It can provide the theory basis for the diagnosis, treatment and predict of canc- er by researching the correlation between the high-risk HPV and neoplasms of genito-urinary system such as cervical cancer, bladder cancer, penile cancer and endometrial cancer.
