摘 要:丹参是我国传统医学中的常用药物之一,有悠久的临床应用历史,其化学成分主要分为水溶性成分和脂溶性成分两大部分。药理研究证明,丹参水溶性成分具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抑制血小板功能、改善微循环等作用。近年来,国内外学者对丹参水溶性成分的药动学进行了大量研究,其代谢产物及机制的研究也不断深入。现就丹参素、丹酚酸A、丹酚酸B、原儿茶醛和迷迭香酸等5个主要丹参水溶性成分的代谢产物研究进行综述,为阐明丹参主要水溶性成分的体内药动学性质和药效作用及相关制剂的开发提供参考。Danshen( Radix salviae miltiorrhizae), a popular traditional Chinese herb medicine, has been used clinically in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases for a long time. Its chemical ingredients consist of both liposoluble components and water-soluble components. It was demonstrated that the water-soluble com- ponents of danshen possess different pharmacological effects including antioxidant, scavenging free radicals, inhibiting platelet function and improving microcirculation. Recently, extensive investigations have been done on the metabolism and pharmacokinetics of the water-soluble components of danshen. The researches on the metaboiites of danshensu, salvianolic acid A, salvianolic acid B, protocatechuic aldehyde and rosmarinic acid are reviewed here in the hope that the information on the in vivo pharmacokinetic properties of the compo- nents is useful to facilitate the evaluation of drug efficacy and for the development of relevant danshen prod- ucts.
